Indoor Prodigy Training Facility
Building a solid athletic foundation at a young age is the best way to create successful athletes. Our Youth Performance Program builds that foundation by teaching athletes 7-18 years old how to move and train properly. By taking a long term development approach, we are able to improve speed, agility, coordination and create injury-resistant athletes. The training is intense, but is done in a fun and engaging atmosphere that builds confidence and fosters important attributes like leadership, perseverance and work ethic.Classes Begin November 1st!!!2021-22 Program Plans - Monthly Membership is now being offered at great price. With this monthly membership you will be able to attend either Speed/Agility and Strength Training (Weight Lifting) or both any of the days these classes are offered. We are asking that you will stay in the Beginner classes unless Alex the program leader has certified participants to Advance level. This helps us modify programs to better develop the skill, strength, and agility at like participants.

The Youth Performance Program applies traditional training methods in an atmosphere that young athletes find enjoyable. Athletes will be challenged every session. The expectation is for athletes to have fun while trying training at their very hardest the entire session! The result will be a stronger, faster, and more explosive athlete who enjoys training and understands the value of hard work and dedication.
